For this project in Utrecht, we removed an entire chimney and carefully finished the space.
What we did:
- The chimney was completely removed, both above the roof and inside the house.
- The roof was repaired and finished waterproof to prevent leaks.
- Inside the space, neatly closed and finished for a sleek end result.
- Carried out safely and efficiently, so that the customer can continue with the design without any worries.
A sustainable result, where the client has more living space and is no longer bothered by the old chimney.
