The existing roof showed signs of wear and tear and offered insufficient protection against the elements, posing a risk of leaks and further damage. To remedy this, we have <strong>completely new roof layer installed<\/strong> and various roof details addressed and improved.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Work performed<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>New roof layer installed: <\/strong><br>The old roof surface has been prepared and fitted with new, high-quality roofing over approximately 200 m\u00b2. This once again ensures reliable and durable waterproofing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>New roof trims installed:<\/strong> <br>The existing trims have been replaced with new, sleek roof trims that provide a neat finish and extra protection along the edges of the roof.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Lead incorporated into the facade: <\/strong><br>New lead has been expertly installed in the facade to create a watertight connection between the roof and the rising masonry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Chimney treated: <\/strong><br>The top plate of the chimney is provided with a protective coating, and additionally, the chimney is wrapped in bitumen for extra durability and protection against moisture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Inspection and finishing: <\/strong><br>The entire roof has been inspected and neatly finished, ensuring everything is technically sound and looks well-maintained.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The result<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The roof of the apartment complex in Utrecht city center is back in top condition. Thanks to the <strong>renewed roof layer<\/strong> and improved details, the roof now offers:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Optimal protection against rain and weather.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A durable and waterproof roof structure.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Clean finish of edges and joints.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Better protection of the chimney against wear and moisture.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lower risk of leaks and future damage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The entire project, carried out in just one day, ensures that the complex is worry-free for years to come.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In the center of Utrecht, we recently carried out work on the roof of an apartment complex (Homeowners&#039; Association).
