This project focused entirely on safety, sustainability, and creating additional usable space.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Work performed<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Chimney completely removed:<\/strong> including the upper and lower parts, safely and neatly disposed of.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Flues removed:<\/strong> old ducts removed to prevent leaks and heat loss in the future.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Roof and facade repair:<\/strong> The resulting openings have been expertly sealed and finished, so that the whole thing is wind- and watertight again.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Construction control:<\/strong> load-bearing parts have been checked and reinforced where necessary to ensure stability.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The result<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A home that is safer, more energy-efficient, and easier to maintain.
