This project revolved entirely around renovating and making a flat roof more sustainable. By removing old layers and installing a completely new roofing system, the house is once again optimally protected against water, wind, and wear and tear.
Work performed

- New underlay + top layer placed: high-quality roofing applied for a waterproof and durable result.
- New trim installed: provides a smooth finish and extra protection along the roof edges.
- New drain installed: improves water drainage and reduces the risk of leaks.
- New city outlet installed: ensures optimal drainage during heavy rainfall.
