In Vlijmen, we recently carried out work on the facade of a house where problems had arisen with the leaded roof, the windows, and the water drainage system. Due to wear and tear, the existing leaded roof provided insufficient protection against moisture, leading to a risk of leaks and moisture damage. To prevent further damage, we replaced the leaded roof, replaced the windows, and correctly regulated the water drainage system.
Work performed
Replacing leaded facade: The old and worn facade lead has been expertly removed and replaced with new, high-quality lead, carefully applied for optimal waterproofing and protection against moisture.
Replacing counters: The existing counters have been replaced by new, sustainable counters that provide a sleek finish and a better connection to the facade.
Water drainage and water layer regulated: The water layer and drainage have been correctly reinstalled and adjusted so that rainwater is drained effectively and moisture problems are prevented.
Facade inspection and finishing: The entire facade has been inspected and neatly finished for a durable and well-maintained end result.

The facade in Vlijmen is now fully protected and technically sound. Thanks to the replacement of the lead, the renovation of the windows, and the proper management of the water level, the house once again offers:
