We recently completely renovated a tiled roof in Utrecht. The existing roof tiles were outdated and showing signs of wear, posing a risk of leaks and heat loss. Therefore, we opted for a thorough approach using sustainable materials and attention to detail.
What we did:
- Removing old roof tiles and battens
- Checking and, where necessary, repairing the roof structure
- Applying new battens and vapour-permeable foil
- Installation of new ceramic roof tiles
- Neat finish around the chimney and dormer window
Thanks to this renovation, the roof is back in top condition, with a fresh look and better insulation. The result: a future-proof roof that contributes to both living comfort and the value of the home.
